Due to Antar and Miss Swarna , I found a companion in my difficult times . I am a regular user of instagram , I found Antar there , their posts were crisp and upto point .
They attracted me and I realised that this was a platform to seek some important answers about my health. The day I first pinged Antar , I was greeted warmly and my feelings and emotions got a path to be released in a non judgemental way .
Earlier I was confused about my health , physical , mental as well as emotional , coudn't understand why certain things were happening in my life , repeated patterns of painful emotions and repeated situations but coming here ,I realised that I could take the first step to understand myself better .
Swarna Ma'am lends a soothing ear to my problems and tries to get into its depth, which is very helpful. It feels comfortable opening up to her . All in all I feel like its a beginning of a good healing experience with Antar .

She was there to give me the exact guidance that I didn't even know I needed before taking her session. She's a brilliant observer and listener. She was there to help me understand and resolve issues that I wasn't aware of before. She's extremely supportive and makes sure to keep a tab on your progress and well-being even between the sessions. She's the support and therapist I knew I needed to find my balance.

I had started therapy with Antar about one and a half months ago. I was struggling with stress due to the pandemic and other issues that were troubling me. Swarna ma'am has consistently been very helpful and understanding. I have learnt more about myself that I ever knew. It has been a beautiful journey. I feel that it's the safest space I have been in where I can freely let our my emotions as and how I feel them.
I surely recommend Antar to anybody who's dealing with any kind of mental health issues.

I was informed of Swarna by a close friend of mine and after lots of persuasion I decided to give therapy a go. Earlier I was of the mindset that it might not be any help, as I was a "comfortable in my own petty shell" kind of person but only after my therapy began did I start to realize what it actually meant to seek professional counselling.
Within 5-6 sessions I started to feel lighter about my inner demons, and consequently as I gained better insight, I learnt to deal with them too. I never even thought it was possible in the 1st place, so it was a big deal for me to see a way out of them.
Personally I found her to be a brilliant professional with an immaculate focus on clients' problems and extremely clever with directions as a one-on-one therapist.
Not only have my issues and mindset changed after these sessions, but I've actually started opening up about the need for therapy amongst youth around me, especially during these testing times.

A good mental health is really important, esp. in times like these. Due to social restraints, it is hard to come out in open and talk about it. Antar has played a very crucial role in making me realise about the importance of talking and identifying issues, without which I wouldn't be motivated enough to start with the whole process. I have been able to get in touch with myself in certain ways which would have never happened otherwise. The sessions were really productive and made me think and reflect upon my issues which I could have never done without help. The exercises resulted in different ways of problem solving and coping mechanisms. I am really thankful to Antar for helping me out.

Antar helped me to realise the core issues that were bothering me the most and in the sessions I did, gave me the sense of relief I needed. In the sessions I did with my counselor, I realized the negative thoughts holding me back, and the patterns I needed to break to live a more fruitful life.
The counselor was very professional and knew what questions to ask, and how to assess my problems. I had an idea about what I wanted to fix, and the counselor not only helped me tackle the thinking that was causing those problems but did it in a way that I was comfortable with.
