Mind is divided into different spaces, compartments, flows and intensities. Each space is accumulated and embedded in the psyche through the journey of the entire life span of a person. Every moment is lived, experienced, processed and ingrained in the memory, which can be further retrieved at various junctures in life. But sometimes, certain memories get repressed in the process and project themselves later in ugly forms. People create defences to protect themselves from the unpleasant nature of certain memories, which more frequently than not turn out maladaptive. It is then when the person starts feeling anxious and depressed, and also symptomatically the body starts reacting to the pain caused in the past.
